Power Vinyasa
Our Power Vinyasa class is a vigorous style of yoga for the most experienced yogis. You will experience a dynamic practice as you challenge your strength, flexibility and endurance through twists, front and backbends, inversions and arm balances.
This practice takes place in a heated room at 97 degrees, but may move up and down depending on the teaching style and the conditions in the room or season of year. Our amazing teachers will challenge your practice and keep an eye on the temperature (and you!) for an optimal experience.

Sculpt
Sculpt takes place in a heated room and incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. Each sculpt teacher brings in their own style of fitness and expertise.

Power Sculpt is led by a certified personal trainer who focuses on high-intensity cardio bursts and strength training of isolated muscle groups. You will definitely feel this one tomorrow!​​

Vinyasa 1 & 2
Vinyasa is a challenging, faster paced style of yoga that synchronizes breath and movement. Level 1 will include more strength, flexibility, arm balances and some inversions as you grow from Vinyasa Flow. Modifications and optional more advanced poses will be offered. The class temperature hovers from the mid to upper 70's. You create your own heat!
Level 2 will increase the strength and flexibility of your practice while giving you even more options to play - with twists, inversions, and arm balances. A set point for the room is 94 degrees, but may move up and down depending on the conditions of the room at the time. Our teachers keep an eye on it for an optimal experience.

Sequence
Sanara has its own sequence class designed by our very own talented teachers. Expect to sweat in a heated room set at 96 degrees, while you move through a series of 26 poses combining hatha and vinyasa. The first half of the class includes standing and balancing postures, forward bends and backbends and abdominal work. The second half of class takes you through four distinctive flows of the most commonly practiced postures as well as a full stretching and cool-down series.
The warm room is set for 90 degrees, but can be set a bit up or down depending on the conditions of the room at the time. Our teachers will keep an eye on it for an optimal experience.

Vinyasa Flow
Burning enthusiasm is the feeling evoked in this creative flow class. Focus on repetition, strength, and cardio while cultivating new levels of self-discipline and accomplishment. High energy intensity for beginner to moderate fitness levels with many modifications offered.
The room is set for 85 degrees, but can vary according to the conditions in the room.

Pilates+Flow
A workout inspired by traditional Pilates principles, fundamental Yoga flow exercises and resistance training. Pilates+Flow will provide a balanced workout while strengthening your core and toning small muscle groups by blending dynamic movements for greater efficiency.
This class is open to beginners and moderate fitness levels, with modifications offered. The room is set to 85 degrees but can vary according to the conditions in the room.

Hatha
Hatha & Hatha Flow classes are typically a slower paced class with attention to individual poses, alignment, and mindfulness, to build both strength in the body as well as calmness and stillness in the mind. Each of our hatha teachers bring their own vision and energy to class - expect a variety in teaching styles within the format.

​Gentle Hatha offers a slow-paced, mindful practice focused on gentle stretching, deep breathing, and relaxation. Ideal for beginners, it provides a supportive environment for those new to yoga, but it’s also perfect for anyone seeking to slow down, stretch, and release tension.

Yin
Yin is a healing yoga class focusing on the deep connective tissues. A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine.
The poses are held for up to five minutes. Expect to challenge your body with deep stretches while you still the mind and have a meditative experience. We also offer WARM yin once per week.

Yin and Restorative
This class will combine a Yin practice with Restorative yoga. Restorative yoga places your body in comfortable and fully supported postures, so that your nervous system can fully open and relax.
We have bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support your spine as you deeply relax and release for about 8-10 minutes per restorative posture. ​

Yin and Floating Meditation
We practice Yin for the first 40 minutes of class, then move into the hammocks for a supportive, floating meditation (nidra) for the last 20 minutes. You are welcome to stay on your mat if you prefer. This is an evening class, so come in to wind down from your day and deeply relax.

Zen and Sound
Experience the perfect blend of sound and movement in this signature class at Sanara. Begin with slow, mindful stretching, allowing your body to open and relax with each deep breath. The practice flows into a soothing sound meditation, where the resonant tones of crystal bowls, hand drums, and other sacred instruments guide you into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.
For the sound portion of the class, you have the option to fully immerse yourself in the experience while resting in a hammock. This class is designed to harmonize body and mind, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and rejuvenated.

Somatic Soul Yoga
Somatic Yoga offers a gentle yet powerful approach to healing and well-being, focusing on the integration of mind, body, and spirit. By cultivating greater awareness, releasing tension, and fostering mindfulness, Somatic Yoga can support individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery from the inside.

Tai Chi Fusion
Our all-evels Tai Chi class is the most recognized form of Tai Chi worldwide. This class also includes elements of Qigong and Shibashi, utilizing fluid movements enhance energy flow. Through a blend of breath, visualization, and moving meditation you'll promote your health and well-being while cultivating harmony and balance in body, mind, and. Tony welcomes everyone, regardless of experience to embark on this journey together!

Qigong Fusion
This class is a fusion of Qigong, Tai Chi, Shibashi and Yoga. These ancient practices use fluid movements to optimize energy flow - combining breath, visualization and moving meditation to promote health and well-being and to cultivate our Life Force Energy (Qi) within the body, mind and spirit.
