WHO WE ARE
ALLISON FULLMER
Sanara is a complete mind, body, soul re-alignment. Allie recently received her double master’s in Counseling and her office is inside the Sanara space. She sees people in off-hours to help them cope and learn life skills to manage daily stress. When you combine yoga, breathing, meditation, and talk therapy… you have a strong combination for change. She loves watching people transform and receive the joy, happiness, and health that is waiting for them on the other side of their trial. It is from her own personal heartache and challenge that Sanara was born. Now it is a place of peace, forgiveness, love, and acceptance.
DEBBIE SIMON
I came to yoga out of a need for balance, in my life and fitness. Intrigued by the depth of the practice, I began a teacher training. I am certified through Blue Anjou’s Teacher Training, Yoga Bridge Yoga for Cancer Training and Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy. My husband and I are recent empty nesters of two college boys and though I miss them, I am enjoying new found freedom to travel and have adventures…and a lower grocery bill! I teach restorative, gentle, hatha, yin, Kundalini and believe meditation is the cornerstone of yoga and incorporate meditation in every class I teach. I have found through self-study and a personal practice that yoga is exactly for me, and that yoga is for everybody.

In 2004, Sami’s passion changed from physical to mental when she became her husband’s caretaker after he was the victim of a violent crime. In 2005, Sami became certified as a Bikram Yoga teacher, trained by Bikram Choudhury in LA. She also attended Sumits Hot Yoga training in 2017. As a teacher, she will remind you that you are loved, and encourage you to “be here now” leaving all the worries, stresses, and concerns of life outside to “meet your body where you are”.

CECILIA HAGEN
Cecilia started practicing yoga in 2015 after she moved to Texas. Being a native of Argentina, and having moved around many times, she struggled with a sense of not belonging to a particular place. Looking into ways of starting a new life, meeting friends and managing stress caused by a recent chronic illness diagnosis in her family, she found yoga. With time, and as she deepened into her practice and tried different yoga styles, her passion and curiosity grew more. She knew that there had to be more than the traditional “Asanas” that made yoga so special to her. To find answers to her questions, she decided to get certified as a yoga instructor. Thanks to a friend she met along the way who led her to SANARA, together they completed their RTY 200 in April 2022. Cecilia now teaches a fun, dynamic, flowy and creative Hatha class every Sunday.
